So tonight was my first official #carbnite. For breakfast I had some tuna salad, coffee with coconut cream. Was on the road over lunch so I just ate a couple cheese sticks.
After WOD I had some chips and salsa, followed by the mini pizza. An hour later I had the mashed potatoes with butter, cream, and goat cheese. Tried, but could not finish. It was just too much. Another hour later I attempted the cookies. Managed one.
Glad I kept it all gluten free but still feel a little rotten from all those carbs. Hopefully I’ll feel better in the morning.
